Judge Slaps Cassidy with Injunction Order for the Fourth Year
Apparently someone in the US judicial system is awake and paying attention. A judge in the state of Arizona has once again issued a workplace injunction order against William Cassidy, enforcing the law that he can not come into contact with Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo, Spiritual Teacher and Director for Kunzang Palyul Choling in Poolesville, MD. (www.tara.org)
Further, Cassidy, by enforcement of this order cannot come into contact with any members of KPC without violating the injunction issued by Judge Little in Payson, Arizona. Although the order was issued in the state of Arizona, it is enforceable by law enforcement across the US.
It’s good to know that at least there can be some protection for Jetsunma and her community from the stalker. We rejoice in this victory.
